| Good morning readers! Today we are going to have some partner reading. You will talk about the characters in your book. 1. Watch Ms. England's video. 2. Watch Mr. Putter and Tabby Dance the Dance. 3. Read for 10 minutes by yourself. 4. Read with your partner (your mom, dad, older sibling or any adult you are with) for another 10 minutes. -Before you start make sure you introduce the main character(s) to your partner. 5. While you read discuss the character(s) with you partner: -What is the main character's name? How old is he or she? -What are some of the things the main character likes to do? What do they not like? -What are some of their inside personality traits? What are their outside personality traits? -What are some other things you have learned about the character? 6.
